Information we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided, markets traded, lesson interest, message content).
- Booking and payment correspondence related to lessons.
- Technical data such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted.
- Cookie preferences stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key.
We do not ask for account passwords, government ID, or full payment card numbers through the website form.
Why we collect it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule lessons, improve curriculum relevance, meet legal record-keeping duties, and — only with consent or where permitted — understand which pages are useful via analytics.
Retention
Enquiry messages are typically retained for up to 24 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for at least seven years where required for Australian tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the analytics provider when enabled.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who host email, scheduling, or analytics under confidentiality arrangements. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
