The agreement that covers use of this website and enrolment in Dev Frame lessons.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://dev-frame.digital and enrolment in Dev Frame training. By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. The governing law is the law of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth law.
About Dev Frame
Dev Frame provides educational technical analysis training with emphasis on market structure analysis. We do not provide personal financial product advice under the Corporations Act, do not manage client funds, and do not guarantee trading results. Markets involve risk of loss.
Acceptance
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the site or purchase lessons. Additional written confirmation may apply when you reserve a specific intensive, workshop, or private review.
Intellectual property
Lesson materials, worksheets, diagrams, and website content remain the property of Dev Frame or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from them commercially without written permission.
Bookings and conduct
Seat holds and deposits are confirmed in writing. You agree to participate respectfully, avoid recording sessions without consent, and refrain from sharing other participants’ personal information. We may remove a participant who disrupts the room; refund treatment in that case follows our refund policy.
Website use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive form content. Information on the site is general and may change without notice. Pricing pages are informational and do not create a contract until we confirm a booking.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Dev Frame is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including trading losses arising from decisions you make after training. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking.
Third-party links and charts
Charts, broker platforms, and external references mentioned in lessons are third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
